Your order is not accepted until MOOLINSE confirms acceptance. Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include shipping, handling, or other applicable charges.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment is due in full in cash at the time of delivery. For orders paid online, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information, and you represent and warrant that you are duly authorized to use the payment method provided and that charges incurred will be honored.

Prices are listed and charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping/courier partners or events outside our control. Once we hand over products to our courier partner, risk of loss passes to you, though we remain committed to resolving genuine delivery issues in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

MOOLINSE Pakistan is an independent reseller and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any other business using the MOOLINSE name in any other country, including any French or Chinese entity. Product sourcing, pricing, and customer service for orders placed on this website are handled solely by MOOLINSE Pakistan, and all inquiries, returns, and issues should be directed to us through the contact details in these Terms.
