MOOLINSE currently ships across Pakistan via Cash on Delivery (COD). Any applicable shipping charge is calculated automatically and shown to you before you confirm your order at checkout.

Delivery timelines can vary depending on your city and courier availability, and are not guaranteed. An estimated delivery window is listed on each product page as a general guide.

Once your order is placed, our team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your delivery address and details before dispatch. If we're unable to reach you, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

Please have the correct amount ready in cash at the time of delivery. If you're not available to receive your order or refuse delivery without a valid reason (such as a damaged or incorrect item), we reserve the right to decline future Cash on Delivery orders from the same address or contact number.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, regional disruptions, or other events outside our control.
